Fees for Mobile Notary Services:
$10 per Signature PLUS travel fee*
(Volume discounts available)
Travel fee is still due and payable if signing does not take place when Notary arrives,
or if cancelled 30 minutes or less prior to scheduled appointment.
Short-notice appointments are welcome!

$100 and up for Local Jails, Prisons and Detention Centers. Please call 661.993.4245 for a specific quote. We service the Pitchess Detention Center in Castaic and know the best times to visit. We will save you time and money!
Loan Document Signing Fees:
$100-$200 (Purchases, Refinances, etc.)
$25 Additional fee for printing e-docs (includes borrower's copies)
Fee is still due and payable if borrower refuses to sign or does not show. Fee is equal to one-half of signing fee. Additional fee applies for wait time of more than 30 minutes. Volume discounts available.
